What The South Beach Diet Doesn’t Tell

As I write this I just finished going to the bathroom. Yep, I said it. I know this is not the thing you want find on the internet, especially if you are looking for information about diet and weight loss. It is important however because there are times when we overlook the obvious. Keeping your body waste free is a key component of any diet program. The time will come when you can no longer rely on healthy diet plans like the South Beach Diet.

You as an individual must take control of your own healthy. This involves increasing your water and fiber intake. Whether you know it or not, you may have at least 3-7 pounds of waste matter that has built up over time inside of your body. This is the fastest and easiest way to drop pounds almost instantly. So, while you may think my opening to this post was a bit crude, I’ll have you know that I feel lighter and much cleaner now that I am done. Don’t forget, you can feel the same.
